Crispy Potato Fry



Ingredients :


Crispy Potato Fry Ingredients


Potato - 250 gm
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 2 pinch
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 stk
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste.

Method :

  • Boil the potatoes, allow to cool little then peel off the skin and dice into small pieces.



Steps To Make Crispy Potato Fry : (shown in above image)
  • Heat oil in a frying pan \ kadai and reduce the flame into simmer then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, required salt and curry leaves, mix well.
  • Stir in boiled potatoes, cook for around 7 - 10min in simmer until crispy and ready to serve.

Crispy Potato Fry


Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Village Sambar and Dal Rice.
