மட்டன் கொத்துக்கறி (கைமா) புலாவ்
Mutton Keema- 300 gm
Basmati Rice - 1 and 1/2cup (soaked 15 min)
Water - 1cup
Curd - 1 and 1/2cup
Onion - 1 no (chopped)
Badam - 1/4 cup (blanched, chopped)
Pista - 1/4 cup (chopped) (optional)
Raisin - 30 no
Cardamom - 5 no
Saffron - 1/4 tsp (soaked in a tbsp of milk)
Cloves - 5 no
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chili - 1 no (slit)
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste. |
Method :
Steps To Make Mutton Keema Pulao :
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker pan, add onion and green chili, saute until light golden brown colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cloves, almond, raisin and pepper, saute for an minute.

- Add mutton keema, stir well and cook until its moisture has reduced completely.

- Add a cup of water, half a cup of curd and required salt, mix well.
- Cover the pressure cooker lid and cook for 1 whistle and 5min in simmer.

- When all the steam has escaped, open pressure cooker.

- Add soaked rice and remaining one cup of curd and mix well.
- Cover the pressure cooker
lid and again cook for 1 whistle and 5min in simmer.
- When all the steam
has escaped, open pressure cooker, add saffron, mix well and now ready to serve.
