Sankara Fish Fry


Ingredients :

Sankara Fish Fry Ingredients


Red Snapper / Sankara Fish - 500gm
Red Chili Powder - 1 1/2tsp
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4tsp
Cornflour - 1tsp
Lemon juice - 1no
Oil to fry
Salt to Taste.

Method :

  • Squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle little salt over the fish pieces and set aside for 5 to 10mins.


  • In a bowl, mix red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cornflour and required salt. Add the fish pieces and marinate for half an hour.
  • Deep fry the marinated fish pieces and ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Red Snapper Fish Curry.
