How to make Idli / Dosa Batter - Idly / Dosai Maavu :
Idli / Dosa batter is made from ground rice or rice flour mixed with
ground urad dal, fenugreek seeds and salt. Then the mixture is allowed
to ferment prior to make Idli or Dosa.
