Crispy Lady Finger / Okra / Bhindi Fry


Ingredients :


Lady's Finger / Okra / Bhindi - 250 gm (finely sliced)
Oil for fry.

To Marinate : (10 Min's)

Bengal Gram Powder - 3 tbsp
Rice Powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to Taste.

Method :
 
  • First wash the lady's finger and wipe with cloth or tissue to absorb all water. Then slice into small pieces.


Steps To Make Crispy Lady's Finger Fry :
  • To Marinate, mix all mentioned ingredients with lady's finger for 10 Min's in a large bowl.


  • Deep fry the marinated lady's finger in a hot oil in medium flame until golden brown colour and ready to serve.


 Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Sambar and Dal.
