How to Use / Cook Soya Chunks | சோயா துகள்கள்
Ingredients :
Soya Chunks - 1 cup
Water - 4 cups
Salt - 1 pinch
Method :
Boil Water with pinch of Salt (avoid Salt in case of sweet dish)
Add Soya Chunks and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from fire, After 10 minutes drain out the Water and rinse 2 - 3 times in fresh Water.
Then lightly squeeze out excess Water and ready to use.
